Refunds & Returns Policy – Digital Space Bookings

At Rumour Edit, we offer digital advertising space within our online gift guides. We do not sell physical products, and all purchases relate solely to the inclusion of your business, product, or service in our digital publications.

Commitment to Booking

By purchasing a spot in one of our gift guides, you are securing one of a limited number of digital placements. Your booking confirms your commitment to participate and prevents another business from taking that space. For this reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

We understand, however, that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to participate after booking, we ask that you notify us no later than 45 days prior to the content submission deadline. In such cases, we may be able to offer:

  • A store credit towards a future digital guide, or

  • A transfer of your booking to another business (pending our approval), provided a suitable replacement is arranged by you.

Refunds will not be issued for change-of-mind, failure to submit content by the deadline, or missed communication if timelines are not met.

Australian Consumer Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or remedy if a service is not delivered as promised. This policy does not override your rights under the law. However, due to the nature of our digital product and the limited availability of spaces, we are not obligated to offer refunds for change-of-mind or scheduling conflicts.

If you believe our service has not met the standard outlined or agreed upon, please contact us at orders@rumouredit.com.au so we can resolve the matter in line with the ACCC guidelines.
